"You are what you eat" is an old saying most of us have heard, likely from our mothers when we are caught digging into frosted candy treats. While I have yet to develop frosted skin or pie filling hair, the saying is really true of the anatomy for a person. We are who we are not because of ourselves but because of things around us, and that includes the interactions we have with other people.
