I have tried everything to get your trial to download to my computer, I am interested in the game but would like to try trial before buying. What can I do here is some information i get when trying to download trial.

can me tell anyone, how can i transfer my trial server character,to the live server, I cannot found that.

I have a couple things for you to try:
- Delete the downloader completely, then redownload it and rerun it.
- If you're using Vista, try running the downloader as Administrator.
- Please make sure your firewall is not blocking the downloader.
Hopefully one of these suggestions will allow you to download.
