I've been playing video games since the mid-70s when parents bought my brother and me a Fairchild Channel F console. Since then I've had an Intellivision, Nintendo Entertainment System, Sega Genesis, Sega Dreamcast, PlayStation (all three, though not at the same time) and the Xbox/Xbox 360. RPGs such as Oblivion, Fable and Mass Effect are favorites of mine; I also love a good FPS.

The MMORPG genre, on the other hand, is relatively new to me. I started playing them back in Dec. '04 when World of Warcraft came out (yes, I'm one of "those" people) and loved the format of the game. Since then I've played Lord of the Rings Online (beta tested it as well), Vanguard, City of Heros/Villains, and a few other ones. I'm frothing at the mouth to play Star Wars: The Old Republic as BioWare got me hooked on that part of Star Wars lore thanks to their remarkable Knights of the Old Republic games.
