Description
The venom from a spiritsting scorpion is a powerful hallucinogen. The local Ogran use it for their so-called Spirit Quests.
If it's anything like the time I was stung, you've probably spent the last few hours out talking to rocks and gathering stones.
I must have a couple hundred of these things from all the adventurers who come through here.
Just go talk to Shirkal. He'll cure you of the poison.
