The scribblings are worthless, but it does not mean that the Longnose have not developed a primitive form of culture. There are other means of communication other than written language. Even a culture as primitive as this could create some kind of idol to worship and the scrying of such an idol would invaluable. Collect anything that looks as if it has been constructed by the Longnose and return to me.
