Description
The text on the map describes how Old Man Dufrane wanted his riches to be found by someone smart enough to crack his encoded map. He broke his decoder ring into two parts and hid them on his land.
The text ends with a clue as to where one piece of the decoder ring can be found.
"The loot you seek to find is mine,
But I'll lead the way for a glass of wine."
