Inspect each of the Totems of Krava, Maltuk, and Velnu in the Bloodtusk camps.
Description
I am not usually interested in the habits of the Bloodtusk but there is something very peculiar about the totems in those camps. The Bloodtusk gather around them every so often to worship but we have no clue as to their significance.
There are three in total. If you can get close enough take a look at what is inscribed on each of the totems and report back to me.

From what you have described it seems that whatever Xukiss has done to these beasts it has corrupted them to their very soul. They now worship Demigods which I have never heard of. I suspect not even Xukiss could have foreseen this outcome.
