Look for the necromancer's stockpile of bones in the Sprog camp located in the center of High Woods.

Description

To raise this many zombies at one time, this necromancer must have an immense stockpile of rotting remains. The Sprog in High Woods to the south have been making trouble for the entire region and I would not be surprised to find that one of those irritating beasts was behind this. Find those bones and you'll have your necromancer.
